I have ben experiencing issues when trying to send and manage my email (delete, sort, save as new). This issue only occurs when connected via Lucketts.net. Has anyone else expereinced and found a resolve?

AOL email does not like our proxy servers, so we have to set up a bypass. When you use AOL mail, you no longer use proxies. This work until AOL changes their email setup, which happens whenever I stop paying attention. If you find you are having a problem, let us know and we can fix it if it is our proxy.

The proxy is to be retired ASAP. We're starting to convert customers over to a new system that does not use a proxy, so this recurring problem is going away.
