We have the for the customer VoIP software installed and running now - just got done with our requirements review with the vendor and all the functions are there.

We'll be training staff this week, and converting our own phones over to the new system. By the end of the week we'll start testing with a few customers.

We should be ready for business by the 20th of March, maybe a few days sooner if all goes smoothly.
